About This Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Kwik Psych Clinics PLLC (DBA KwikPsych) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on kwikpsych.com (the “Site”). It adds detail to the “Cookies and Analytics” section of our Website Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information collected through the Site.

What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage (such as local storage) and scripts, sometimes called tags, that send information about your visit to the company that provides them. Some of these technologies are set by us, and some are set by third-party providers when a page loads.

Cookies and Technologies We Use

The table below lists the cookies and similar technologies used on the Site. Durations are the provider’s default. Your browser may delete them sooner, and you can delete them at any time.

Our Google Ads tags also send information about your visit to Google, including the address of the page you are viewing. This is used to measure conversions, such as a submitted appointment request or a phone call from the Site, and Google may use it to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics to measure overall site traffic. Ahrefs states that its analytics does not use cookies.

Our appointment and intake forms are provided by a separate, HIPAA-compliant form platform and open inside the page. That platform may use its own cookies, which are covered by its own policies.

How to Control Cookies

  • Google ads. You can manage ad personalization in My Ad Center. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We will update this policy when the cookies or technologies we use change, and we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page when we do.
