Click the "Log In to Patient Portal" button above to access the CharmTracker portal. Enter your username and password provided during onboarding or your first visit.

The patient portal lets you securely view records, message your provider, review billing information, and make payments online.

Can I schedule or change appointments through the patient portal?

Not at this time. To schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please call 737-367-1230.

I forgot my patient portal login. How do I reset it?

Call 737-367-1230 or email info@kwikpsych.com and our team will help you reset your portal access.

Can I message my provider through the portal?

Yes. Existing patients can use the portal messaging system for secure communication and non-urgent questions.

Can I pay my bill through the patient portal?

Yes. You can view your balance and make a secure online payment through the portal. Visit our Make a Payment page for more details.
