How do I know if my insurance covers psychiatry or therapy?

Is telehealth or online psychiatry covered by insurance?
Many plans do cover telehealth psychiatry, but benefits vary by carrier and plan type.
Do you accept Medicaid, Tricare, or other specific insurance plans?
